- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have not had a great experience with the 911 Addressing Coordinator Katherine as she is very hard to get to answer the phone at anytime of the day. And when I got a hold of her she was very nice however, did not follow thru with her committment of providing me with the documents needed to straighten out my address. I have lived at my address for 16 years and today I still have not gotten my 911 address correct. I have been given three (3) address in the last 8 yrs and as of today, September 18, 2014, I found out that the address that 911 has provided for me recently is my across the street neighbors property. Now again I am trying to get a hold of Katherine and was told she would be back in her office in 15 min that she was out to lunch. I called and left my phone number and It has been 23 hours and she still has not returned my call. I sent her an email asking about the status of my paperwork and she never answered it either. As a citizen of Grimes county I am very dissappointed in the 911 system and give it a 0 Rating. Sincerely, Susan Avila 16731, 16737 or 16783 Camelia Ln. (who knows?????)
